B9Game Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Needs to Know

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you and B9Game ("we", "us", "the platform") for your use of the B9Game online gaming and sports betting service available at b9game.im. B9Game is operated as an online gaming platform offering cricket betting, poker, Teen Patti, card games, live casino and crash game products to registered players.

These Terms apply to all registered users of B9Game without exception. Specific game categories — including cricket betting, crash games and live dealer games — may have additional rules that supplement but do not replace these general Terms. Where additional rules exist, they are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of your overall agreement with B9Game.

By continuing to use B9Game after any update to these Terms, you are confirming ongoing acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register a B9Game account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. B9Game does not permit access to anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended B9Game account. Registering a second account to circumvent a suspension or restriction is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address if requested.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

B9Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including a copy of your national CNIC — to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Any winnings accrued on an account that fails to complete required verification may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one B9Game account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited. B9Game employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts other than the first registered will be closed without notice and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your B9Game login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone else. B9Game will not accept responsibility for losses that occur as a result of you sharing your login details with another person, whether intentionally or otherwise.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your authorisation, you must contact B9Game support immediately at support@b9game.im. We will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation.

You must update your B9Game account information promptly if any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number, which is used for payment processing and two-factor authentication. B9Game cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or security breaches resulting from outdated account information.

B9Game accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or transfer access to your B9Game account to any other person under any circumstances.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions at B9Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied — your deposit amount in PKR is credited to your account in full, and your withdrawal amount in PKR is transferred to your chosen payment method directly.

Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals at B9Game include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. B9Game may update the list of accepted payment methods at any time; current options are always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

The minimum deposit at B9Game is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the payment method used and your account verification status. Fully verified accounts may access higher limits. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal interface.

Deposits are typically credited to your B9Game account balance within seconds. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed on the same business day in most cases. B9Game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside B9Game's control.

B9Game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal if there is any reason to review the legitimacy of the account activity. This includes but is not limited to: first-time withdrawal requests, withdrawals significantly larger than typical account activity, or any flag raised by our fraud detection systems.

5Bonuses & Promotions

B9Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all B9Game promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered through the applicable number of times before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports betting markets) to count toward the wagering requirement.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or by exploiting technical errors constitutes promotional abuse and is a violation of these Terms.
• B9Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms or cancel it entirely at any time, provided the change does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already accepted the offer and begun wagering it through.
• Where B9Game determines that a player has been misusing bonus offers — through patterns of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account may be restricted.

The welcome bonus applicable to first deposits is described in full on the promotions section of the B9Game platform and is subject to all general bonus terms above plus any promotion-specific conditions that apply.

6Betting & Gaming Rules — General

The following rules apply across all games and betting products available on B9Game. Product-specific rules — for cricket betting and crash games in particular — are addressed separately in sections 7 and 8.

• Bet acceptance: B9Game reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet placed on the platform without providing a reason. Where a bet is declined, no funds are deducted from the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market before the bet is confirmed. These limits may vary by product, market, event and account verification status.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, if the bet was placed on clearly erroneous odds, or if the bet involves a market that cannot be settled due to a technical failure. All void bet stakes are returned to the player's B9Game account in full.
• Technical faults: In the event of a technical fault or interruption during a betting session or game round, B9Game will use available data to determine the correct settlement outcome. Where settlement cannot be determined with confidence, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Final decisions: All settlement decisions made by B9Game are final once confirmed. Queries regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being declared. After this period, settled results will not be reopened for review.

7Cricket Betting — Specific Rules

Cricket betting at B9Game covers all formats including PSL, Pakistan international matches, ICC tournaments and major bilateral series. The following rules apply specifically to cricket markets in addition to the general betting rules in section 6.

• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned or no result is possible, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Bets placed on in-play markets at the time of abandonment will be settled on the last available official data point where possible. If settlement cannot be determined, in-play bets are also voided.
• Reduced over matches: If a match is shortened but produces an official Duckworth-Lewis result, all match winner bets will be settled on the official DL result unless the market specifically states a minimum number of overs must be bowled. Minimum overs requirements, where applicable, are clearly stated within the individual market description on B9Game.
• Weather delays: A match suspended due to weather will be re-started where possible within the available time window. If the match resumes, all open bets remain valid. If the match cannot be completed within the same window and no result is declared, bets are voided.
• In-play bet acceptance: B9Game's in-play cricket odds update in real time. There may be brief periods of market suspension around each delivery for settlement accuracy. Bets placed during these suspension periods may be rejected and stakes returned without a transaction occurring.
• Player proposition markets: Bets on top batsman, top bowler, Man of the Match and similar individual player markets are settled based on official match result data. If a player listed in a market does not take part in the match, bets on that player are voided and stakes returned.

8Crash Games — Specific Rules

Crash games at B9Game — including Aviator, Spaceman, JetX and other titles in the crash game library — operate on provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic hash generated before any bets are accepted for that round. This hash is publicly visible and can be independently verified by any player.

• Auto-cashout: Players may set an auto-cashout multiplier before a round begins. If the round reaches that multiplier, the bet is cashed out automatically at exactly that value. Auto-cashout orders are binding once confirmed and cannot be changed after the round has started.
• Connection interruptions: If a player's connection is interrupted during a crash game round, any active bet without an auto-cashout target set will be lost if the round crashes before the connection is restored. B9Game recommends using the auto-cashout feature to protect against connection-related losses.
• Round void conditions: A crash game round may be declared void if a critical technical failure occurs at B9Game's server level before or during the round. In such cases, all stakes are returned in full. Single-player connection issues do not constitute a void event.
• Dual bet limits: On titles that support multiple simultaneous bets — such as Spaceman and JetX — each bet position is treated independently for settlement purposes. The maximum combined stake across all active positions is subject to account and game-level limits.

9Responsible Gaming

B9Game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible through account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your B9Game account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases take 7 days to come into effect.
• Session time reminders: Set a notification to remind you when you've been playing for a specified length of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from B9Game. Short-term exclusions (24 hours to 6 months) can be set through your account settings. Longer exclusions should be requested via support. B9Game will block the account for the duration and will not send promotional communications during any exclusion period.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from gaming for a set period without permanently closing your account. Contact support to request a cooling-off period.

10Fraud, Collusion & Prohibited Use

B9Game operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity in any form. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the account and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, automated systems or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on any B9Game game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Teen Patti or any multiplayer game — including sharing card information or coordinating bet decisions to manipulate the outcome against other genuine players.
• Exploiting known bugs, errors or miscalculations in any B9Game game or market. Players who discover an error have an obligation to report it via support rather than exploit it. Winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Using B9Game accounts for any form of money laundering, including cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a B9Game account.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

B9Game's fraud detection systems operate continuously. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the relevant account will be placed under review and may be temporarily restricted during investigation. B9Game will not communicate specifics of its detection methods to players under review.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the B9Game platform — including game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, odds displays, software and audio — is the intellectual property of B9Game or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, modify or commercially exploit any content from the B9Game platform without prior written permission. Automated data collection from B9Game — including odds scraping — is specifically prohibited and may result in the source IP being blocked without notice.

12Limitation of Liability

B9Game's liability to any player is limited in all circumstances to the amount of funds that player has deposited into their B9Game account and not yet wagered. B9Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative loss including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.

B9Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. B9Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise, that prevents a player from placing or cashing out a bet.

B9Game is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failing during a game session. Players are advised to use the auto-cashout feature on crash games to protect against the effects of unexpected disconnection.

13Account Suspension & Closure

B9Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering.
• The account was registered by a person under 18 years of age.
• The account holds duplicate status — it is a second account registered by a person who already holds or has held a B9Game account.
• Continued operation of the account represents a risk to B9Game, other players or third parties.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that the account should be permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Voluntary account closure: You may request to close your B9Game account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

14Amendments to These Terms

B9Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights as a player, B9Game will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor changes — such as corrections to formatting or clarifications of existing rules that do not change their substance — may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page at b9game.im/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you continue using B9Game after a change to these Terms takes effect, you are confirming acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of B9Game are governed by the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any dispute between a player and B9Game should first be raised with our support team, who will attempt to resolve it directly within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, both parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution procedure as set out by B9Game's platform licensing terms. B9Game will not engage in dispute resolution with respect to accounts that are under investigation for fraud or Terms violations at the time the dispute is raised.
